QUALIFIED BY

Knowledge of all phases and procedures of the Vax/Vms system including DCL and DMRS.  Knowledge of Oracle 8.0 database including SQL. Knowledge of All windows operating systems including Windows 7 pro.  Hands on operation of Microstation V8 and AutoCAD 2008. Knowledge of BSTCAD, OSPCM, OFIE, OPEDS, LFACS,Mapviewer/MobileMapper. Proficient in  IDDS/ICGS, AAIS, BMD, iVAPP, RAMS, and VBUILD. Knowledge of Design and Construction of Outside Plant Copper and Fiber Optic Cable (UG, Aerial, Buried). Knowledge of (highway, railroad, city, county, etc). I have experience and knowledge of Fiber To The Home design (FTTH). I also have advanced knowledge of outside plant design and the designing of outside plant work orders.  Provided administrative and field support to the outside plant provisioning process.  Coordinated field work, preparation of work order drawings and documentation updating work order records in an accurate and timely manner, analysis of reports, providing work order estimated expenditures and/or placements.

 

 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

Architectural and Computerized drafting of electric, gas, cable TV, and telephone utilities.  Also some piping background. Managed planning and mapping needs of telephone and cable TV companies.  In this effort guided dozens of companies through the complex task of converting outdated manual records into models of computer efficiency in the Automated Mapping and Facilities conversion business.  Some of these clients include Frontier, AT&T, Centurylink, Windstream, and Verizon.
